Creation and analysis of custom questoinnaires, in order to research customer satisfaction in accordance to the new Abbott Freestyle lite test strips. The whole project was made for Abbott Diabetes Care Hellas. All the data were gathered in Excel format and analysed in Access and Excel with custom fomrulas written in Visual studio, wherever needed. The end results were presented in Powerpoint and Excel formats, where needed. We cannot enclose any more information pertaining to this project, since the data analysed are sensitive customer satisfaction figures on a new product.
